A return to a normal state of health, mind or strength.
I know you’re probably thinking what does that even look like. It’s hard to see recovery when you’re going through the storm. Trust me I know. I was bold. I gave myself a date that I would be done with this. Ha, needless to say I’m still dealing with these symptoms(a lot less of course) It’s a process, look at all the years of trauma you went through to get to this point. YOU have to deal with all that to receive some relief.
On the road to recovery you have to be open and honest with yourself. Therapy helped me to gain some normalcy by dealing with the symptoms I was having. Those things included meditation, yoga, natural vitamins, writing, medication and a lot of prayer..
Then the real work started.... FACING THAT TRAUMA. that’s not easy but hey it’s plenty tissue in the office. Getting to the root of the problem is the only way to heal.. let’s go ✨
