I’ve been in a weird space of wanting to do everything and nothing at all. Have you ever felt like that? Anxiety has a way of stealing all your energy. Battling your mind is rough and it’s very draining. But I set a time on it.. I know it sounds crazy but I said you got two days to shake this off then get back to business. So here I am... Don’t feel bad or ashamed for your symptoms. Feel what you feel then make a move. Don’t get discouraged you’re not alone and I’m here to help.

  1. ✨Feel it(when you try to hide or run from your feelings it just amplifies them)

  2. ✨Take your time

  3. ✨Set a time limit to feel those things

  4. ✨Then start with one task at a time(too many things at once cause more anxiety)

  5. ✨Don’t overwhelm yourself

  6. ✨Be kind. Healing takes time ❤
