Battling your mind is rough and it’s very draining. But I set a time on it.. I know it sounds crazy but I said you got two days to shake this off then get back to business. So here I am... ✨Set a time limit to feel those things
✨Then start with one task at a time(too many things at once cause more anxiety)
✨Don’t overwhelm yourself
