The M;nd Ya Mental Experience is for individuals to understand that mental illness does not have a look. Anyone can suffer from this condition. We want individuals to understand the importance of seeking help. We want them to know the resources that are available in their community. We also for family and friends to learn coping mechanisms and understanding of mental disorders. How to notice signs and what to look for to help prevent anything catastrophic from happening (ie: suicides)
